1、學會運用詞性轉換

筆譯翻譯過程中，詞性不能完全保持形式上的對等，要在必要和適當的時候靈活變通，增加譯文的可讀性。比如說，名詞和形容詞、動詞和名詞、形容詞和副詞、動詞和形容詞之間的相互轉換等等。
In the process of translation, the part of speech cannot keep the formal equivalence completely, so we should be flexible when necessary and appropriate to increase the readability of the translation. 出于語言本身行文特點之需，有的話語結構比較羅嗦，而翻譯成目的語的時候，又沒有必要，反之亦然。若要體現結構的嚴謹和節奏的完美，翻譯實踐中，有必要對有些內容在正確理解的基礎上予以增加、重復或刪減。

4、學會正確運用直譯

直譯就是按照文字的字面意思直接翻譯過來，在翻譯過程中可能會出現特殊的詞匯，例如漢語中的“紙老虎”直譯成“paper tiger”,外國人看起來不但深明其義，而且覺得很是傳神，所以現已成為正式的英美民族語言。
Literal translation is a direct translation according to the literal meaning of the text. In the process of translation, special words may appear, such as the literal translation of "paper tiger" in Chinese into "paper tiger". Foreigners not only seem to understand its meaning, but also feel it is very vivid, so it has become a formal British and American language.
5、同義習語間可以相互借用
5. Synonyms can be borrowed from each other
兩種語言中有些同義習語無論在內容、形式和色彩上都有相符合，它們不但相同的意思或隱義，面且有相同的或極相似的形象或比喻。筆譯翻譯時如果遇到這種情況不妨直載了當地互相借用。
Some synonymous idioms in the two languages are consistent in content, form and color. They not only have the same meaning or implicit meaning, but also have the same or very similar image or metaphor. If you encounter this kind of situation in translation, you may as well direct the local borrowing from each other.
